Premiere dates, empty tabs, and a forum that was swallowing posts

A run of work on profiles, premiere dates and the forum. Most of this came from things people reported, so thank you for reporting them.

    Added

    • Your profile now lists the weeks you have a film on record with no video attached, underneath the ones you can watch. If it is your own profile there is a box on each line: paste the YouTube link, press Save, and it moves up with the rest. Your films.
    • A film page with nothing to play now says so. It used to be a black player and no explanation, which looked broken. It now reads “Not uploaded yet” and explains that the director has not attached a video.

    Fixed

    • Older films were showing the day they were uploaded as their premiere date. If you go back and attach a video to a film from 2019, the site was calling 2026 the premiere. It now takes the date from the week the prompt actually ran. 49 films were showing a date more than four months out, the worst by nearly seven years.
    • The forum was quietly holding posts and not telling anyone. Anything with more than two links was held for review, which is exactly what a useful bug report looks like, and the page said nothing at all. It now tells you, and Support does not hold posts at all any more. If you wrote something that never appeared, it is up now. Support.
    • Credit tabs that were always empty are gone. A few profiles offered an Acting Credits tab with nothing behind it, because the credits were on other work rather than on KTL films.
    • Some people were split across two accounts from a spelling difference, so their films were counted twice or sat under a misspelled name. Fourteen pairs have been merged. If your film count went up, that is why.

If something on your page still looks wrong, say so in Support. Several of these were found because somebody did exactly that.
