Hosting opens to everyone, capped at 12 slots

Added

• Hosting is open to non-paying members, with a 12-slot cap.
• Couch mode countdown plays the film underneath with a clock over it, for a duration the host sets.
• Copy Credits: a plain-text export of a film’s credits, for the director.
• Watch links on Bonus Films rows.

Changed

• Countdown takes a target time instead of minutes from now.
• Host Mode lists signed-up filmmakers before they upload, and stars the rows that have a film.
• Waitlists show as a grid of faces rather than a number.

Fixed

• The waitlist swap now promotes submitters and clears non-submitters on schedule.
• Recycled rule codes no longer pull old films into a new archive.
